CIRCA 1790, THE DIAL SIGNED 'CRONIER'
The glazed enamel dial with Roman and Arabic chapters signed 'Cronier AParia', within a pierced arched case supported by palm trunks to the corners and surmoutned by four chain-hung parasols to the angles, centered by a stem with double parasol, the case with Chinese figure, on a rockwork base and rectangular plinth with inset corners, on toupie feet, the movement possibly replaced and numbered '4613 6'
