With blued 6½in. barrel, blued frame engraved with scrollwork, the top-strap inscribed 'Deane Adams and Deane London, 30 King William Street', blued cylinder, engraved blued trigger-guard and butt-cap, Kerr's patent rammer, chequered figured walnut butt, and retaining most of its original finish (scattered minor flaking throughout): in its original contour-fitted oak case lined in royal blue velvet edged with blue and gilt cord, and retaining all but one of its original accessories
