Carved in medium to shallow relief on one side with a siriculture scene set in a mountainous riverscape dotted with verdant trees, below a incised inscription picked out in green, on the other side with trees growing on rockwork by a lake, the stone of pale green tone with areas of white mottling, the inscription possibly later

The inscription can be translated:
