The shaped rectangular top with laurel-leaf carved edge above three bowed panelled frieze drawers, the central element of the frieze now a drawer, on cabriole legs headed by alternating ebonised and plain mahogany reeded panels and foliate clasps, on paw feet, the central drawer lined in green baize and fitted with divisions for cutlery, the central drawer later inserted, partially remounted, the top probably original
