A FINE AND RARE FAMILLE ROSE EGGSHELL DEEP PLATE
YONGZHENG (1723-35)
Finely and richly enamelled with two exotic butterflies hovering above a plethora of flowers which drift down a stream, including iris, rose, peony, lotus and daisy, within a pink diaper-pattern band in the well and an unusual bright blue enamel band at the border reserved with a continuous gilt meander of flowers including hibiscus, iris, camellia, lily, peony, and daisy, the rim with narrow yellow and sepia bands
