Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with pink dial and applied gold numerals in 1945 and its subsequent sale on 24 May 1946.

Reference 533 was introduced into the market in 1937 and is distinguished by the elegant look of its Calatrava case with the typical flat bezel.

The present watch is a fine example as featuring the much sought after pink dial, confirmed by Patek Philippe Archives, and fresh to the market. According to our research, it has never been offered at auction before.

The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 264.
