The shaped rectangular panel woven in wools and silks with a pointer chasing a cock pheasant entering a cover within an extensive wooded landscape, the border woven with stylised foliage and entwined with vines and bunches of grapes, the frame with deep channelled decoration with hatched motifs and acanthus and foliate trails with asymmetric floral sprayed cresting and scrolled channeled trestle feet, the gilding refreshed, the sliding frame now with a yellow floral silk damask backing, slightly distressed, inscribed '2873' and with hand-written label '115'
