CIRCA 1744 - 1753, BEAUVAIS, AFTER FRANCOIS BOUCHER, BY NICOLAS BESNIER AND JEAN-BAPTISTE OUDRY
Woven in silk and wool, depicting The Flute Player from La Danse, from the series Fêtes Italiennes, with a flute player leaning against a vase and with a group of gallant figures to the right and a woman with two children to the left, within a wooded landscape, within a later blue guard border, probably cut from a larger panel including the following two lots, minor areas of reweaving
