The oviform vase with a cylindrical neck and flared rim painted with an oval cartouche of birds by a column base beside a urn issuing flowers in a landscape, the reverse with a still life of an upturned basket of flowers on a marble plinth, reserved on a dark-blue ground gilt with a caillouté-pattern, lead liner, original porcelain handles removed and with ormolu replacements, rubbing to gilding
