The anglaise case decorated in polychrome enamels on a vivid scarlet ground to top, all angles and all sides of the base, plain gilt mask to silvered chapter ring with Arabic numerals within circlets, filigree centre mount, with conforming alarm ring below, the eight day twin barrel movement with platform cylinder escapement, strike/repeat/alarm on gong -- 5¼ in.
