An Pratt-type pottery plaque
oval, applied in relief with two cats, one seated contentedly with it's tail curled about it, the other advancing with a mouse in it's jaws, Fortune in the distance represented by a classically-draped woman with a cornucopia under one arm, the cat's fur sponged with manganese, the plaque elsewhere painted in cobalt with scattered flower-sprays and enriched with a translucent green glaze, paper label -- 14¼in. (36.2cm.) wide, circa 1780-1800 (damages and repair)
