Lot Essay

A fellow of the Royal Art Society of New South Wales, Solomon specialised in depictions of bush scenery. One of his landscapes was presented to H.M. The Queen Mother during her visit to Australia in 1958. He exhibited at the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales's Easter Show from 1961-1965.
