Five Sets of Fuchi-Kashira
Edo period (19th century), the first inscribed Somin and with kao (cursive monogram)
Comprising a shakudo nanako-ji fuchi-kashira with horses in gold takazogan; an iron fuchi-kashira with two Tartars and a tiger in iroe takazagan; an iron fuchi-kashira with a man crossing a bridge in a fishing village in gold and shakudo highlights; a shibuichi fuchi-kashira with a Chinese sage and a landscape with gilt details; a shakudo fuchi-kashira with a Chinese lion and a peony blossom against a woven bambo fence in gold and silver takazogan (10)
