A pair of continental Majolica vases made for the Islamic market, possibly French, 19th century
decorated in green and brown enamels with eight pointed star motifs and geometric designs -- 10½in. (16.6cm.) high; a Persian bronze faucet, 12th century, cast with a stylised animal head terminal with incised circular designs -- 10in. (25.4cm.) long; a green glazed pottery inkwell, Iran, 12th century, the exterior carved with a geometric triangular band -- 2¾in. (7cm.) diam; and a Safavid tinned copper and bronze ladle, Iran, 17th/18th century -- 20in. (50.8cm.) long. (5)
