Second edition of this rare work, first printed in 1817 under the title Russia, being a Complete Picture of that Empire. Seven of the plates depict Russian costume and the other two are aquatint views of Moscow and St Petersburg. Not in BMC, Abbey, Colas or Lipperheide.
