Cal. 19''' nickel-finished highly jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, five minute repeating on two polished steel hammers, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions, blued steel spade hands, subsidiary seconds, in circular case with coin-edged borders to front and back cover, the front centred by engraved initials C.M.H., repeating slide and chronograph button in the band, case, cuvette and dial signed, movement signed underneath the dial

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with engraved monogram C.M.H. in 1887 and its subsequent sale on 12 June 1889.

It is thought to be one of less than 10 examples of a Patek Philippe hunter case five minute repeating watch to appear in public to date.
