Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1995 and its subsequent sale on 25 October 1996. It has never been offered at auction before and is thought to be one of only four examples of this reference in white gold to appear in public to date.

Reference 5039 was launched into the market in 1996 and cased in yellow, white or pink gold.
