An early Victorian mahogany writing table
By Holland & Sons, Circa 1840
The leather-lined top above two frieze drawers, on lotus carved legs with brass caps and castors, one drawer stamped Holland & Sons, the underside of the other drawer inscribed in pencil ?Southwaite, the underside branded with the initial 'G' below Prince of Wales feathers, with a later paper property label for Princess Margaret
