A hand scroll, 19th century
Ink and colour on silk depicting a lotus garden with a lady at her bath surrounded by numerous female attendants, a group of musicians, a seated gentleman and ladies at leisure on a pavilion terrace, the garden strewn with trees, pierced rockwork and plantain, one seal -- 81in. (205.7cm) long.
