A SET OF FOUR GEORGE III MAHOGANY SIDE CHAIRS
THIRD QUARTER 18TH CENTURY
Each with serpentine toprail above a pierced interlaced Gothic splat with acanthus scrolls and ogee arcades, above a serpentine padded drop-in seat covered in yellow floral silk damask, on channelled square legs joined by a tapering H-shaped stretcher, with Roman numeral markings III, V, VII and IX, one with Norman Adams label (4)
