Marilyn Monroe wears this dress throughout the initial scenes in The Misfits, from when she first appears in the film on her way to the courtroom to her divorce hearing (with the bolero jacket), during the bar scenes when she first encounters Gay [Clark Gable] and Guido [Eli Wallach] and during the ensuing trip to Guido's house in the hills.
