2o (411 x 280 mm). 2 works bound in one (the second work with leaves mounted to size), engraved plates, engraved initials, printed in red and black. 18th century red velvet, covers with 4 large embossed silver cornerpieces and silver bosses, and large center pieces, upper cover representing St. Francis of Assisi, lower cover with St. Antonius of Padua, gilt edges, red silk marker with 8 ribons (some rubbing to spine and edges).
The missal was presumably used in a church of the Franciscan Order.
