A fine collection of tracings of illuminated initials, letters, signatures, alphabets, letter forms, etc., traced on fine tissue and mounted on laid paper. Subjects include Marie Antoinette, Galileo and Joannes Faber, and dates of the items copied range from the thirteen through the early nineteenth century. [With:] Four illuminated leaves, also copied from earlier sources, including an Horarium (1375) and Psalter St. Louis (1253).
