The white enamel dial signed and numbered Poole, LONDON 531, Roman hour numerals, subsidiary seconds dial (at VI), blued steel hands, Earnshaw escapement (escape wheel top pivot defective), cut bimetallic balance, circular heat compensation weights, blued steel helical balance spring, adjustable spring foot detent (repaired) with jewelled locking stone and steel passing spring, brass bowl, knurled bezel with convex glass, gimballed in three-tier brass bound mahogany box with bone disc to centre section, external brass drop handles
