The silvered dial signed Arnold London 371 with Roman chapters and blued steel spade hands, seconds ring at VI, brass bayonet-fixed bezel with convex glass, the movement signed Jn R Arnold London. Invt. et Fecit. No.371, chain fusee, Arnold's spring detent escapement with jewelled locking stone, blued steel helical balance spring and Arnold's OZ balance, original brass bowl with spring-loaded winding cover, later gimbal and later three-tier box with brass drop handles
