A French onyx, gilt and patinated metal striking conical pendulum clock
The breakfront case surmounted by a Bacchus figure suspending conical pendulum with blue painted bob, the dial with chapter ring applied with Roman chapters, engine-turned centre, gilt spade hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with countwheel strike on bell and stamped for Farcot; late 19th Century, the figure restored and probably later -- 35¼ in. (89.5 cm.) high
