MARK POSSIBLY THAT OF WILLIAM WELCH, EXETER, DATE LETTER INDISTINCT, CIRCA 1800,
Of tapering shape with flared lip, narrow applied girdle around the lower body, handle with plain thumbpiece, terminating in a heart motif, moulded rims to top & bottom, engraved to front with script initials, "DAS", 5 in. high (13 cm.), 10 oz.
