Honzukuri, iori-mune, chu-kissaki, slight koshi zori configuration with a forging pattern of itame with mokume of nie, running masame on the shinogi, the hamon choji of nie and nioi with ashi, sunagashi, indistinct boshi, the tang ubu with one hole and sujikai file marks, machi okuri, single, copper habaki, koshirae comprising a black-lacquer saya with copper nanako hardware, iron mokko tsuba Chinese lion menuki with gilt highlights, blade 68cm. long
The tanto hirazukuri, iori-mune with bonji carved on both sides, the forging pattern itame of nie with a suguha hamon of nie, tang ubu with two holes, possibly machi okuri, silver habaki, the koshirae comprising a ribbed black-lacquer saya, shakudo fuchi carved with a dragon, kashira iron with gilt highlights, copper menuki, plate tsuba carved with grasses, signed Kazutoshi (2)
