A PAIR OF SILVER ROSE-WATER SPRINKLERS, EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The globular bodies with tapering slender tall necks rising to a pierced flower head at the top forming the sprinkler, each vase standing on a spreading foot with knopped stem, which are detachable, each piece repoussée with birds, flowers and foliage, the necks with upright plantain leaves, bases with two character marks -- 11 3/8 in. (29 cm.) high (2)
