On the central leaf, the Mother of God praying to the Crucified Christ, the cross placed on the summit of Golgotha in front of a domed construction (which is a reference to the rotonda of the Anastasis in Jerusalem), with the instruments of the Passion drawn at the lower part, flanked by saints on the two leaves, painted finely with saturated colours against a gold background
