Designed as an orchid with a brilliant-cut diamond pistil to the pavé-set diamond and circular-cut emerald, ruby and sapphire domed petals with brilliant-cut diamond, cabochon sapphire, emerald and ruby detail, made in 1969, 6.5 cm long, with French assay marks for gold and platinum
