Formed with five lobes, the dish brightly enamelled on the centre with a central mallow blossom surrounded by five lotus blooms on scrolling stems, the cavetto with a peony spray on each lobe, below the everted rim bordered with florets and angular scrollwork, the exterior sides with further lotus sprays and the base centred with another large mallow surrounded by coiling tendrils, all raised on five tab feet
