A GERMAN PRIMING-FLASK CARVED FROM STEINBOCK HORN
Circa 1720-40
Flattened and carved with detailed small Alpine shooting scenes partly in low relief and partly as openwork, tapering to a slender nozzle, retaining its original plug, the latter fitted with pricker, silver base-plate, and fitted with iron wheel-lock spanner within a silver roundel.
