A pair of Chinese amber-glazed elephants, 19th century
each modelled standing four-square, the heads bent and slightly turned to one side the eyes in brown enamel, with incised skin folds at the curved trunk, neck, belly and legs, covered with a honey-toned amber glaze except for the eyes, tusks and toes, wood stands -- 9¾in. (24.7cm.) long. (2)
