A pair of Continental silver Jardinieres
Apparently unmarked, late 19th century, probably Dutch
Trumpet shaped and with spreading base, on four rocaille and scroll feet, the base chased with rocaille and trailing foliage on a matted ground, the rim chased with flowers and trellis work on a matted ground, applied with two cast putto, each holding a cut-glass vase, and with an overhead handle, engraved underneath with a name, with a fitted liner
