Apparently unmarked, possibly Germany, second half 19th Century
shaped oblong bombe box, the sides and hinged cover finely decorated with raised stylised foliage, the sides and reverse with engraved stylised scrolling foliage, the cover centred by an oval enamelled portrait medallion of a young lady facing right in pink satin dress, surrounded by diamond and sapphire floral band surmounted by crown, flanked by six mine-cut diamonds
