A well engineered model twin cylinder compound under-type stationary steam engine,
built to the designs of A. H. Greenly by R. L. Clarke, with brazed superheated copper boiler with fittings including water gauges with shut-off cocks, safety, blower, injector, simpling, clack and blowdown valves. Engine details include cylinders 1¼in. and 1 5/8in. bores x 2in. stroke, cylinder draincocks and pipework, mechanical lubricator, bar-type crosshead guides with cups, valve spindle guides, counterbalanced crankshaft, belt-driven horizontally mounted governor and linkage, eccentric driven feed pump with expansion dome and by-pass valve, three main bearings with lubricator cups, spoked flywheel and spoked pulley, injector, damper, smoke box extension plate, extension chimney and other details, finished in green, black, red, and polished brightwork -- 38 x 61cm. (15 x 24in.)
