A 19th century decorated mahogany box for the clipper ship Sea Witch
with a hinged lid and divided into four compartments on the inside, and decorated on the outside with bone hearts, diamonds, and the profile of a whale. Also on the outside, a pair of copper plaques, one with an image of a clipper ship, and the other engraved with "1st Mate J. Todd/Sea Witch/1867".
