with a pear shaped body rising to a tall slender neck, moulded with two confronting dragons contesting a 'flaming pearl' amidst ruyi clouds and turbulent waves above a slightly splayed footring, mounted on a decorative gilt bronze base, the vase entirely covered in a minutely crackled deep turquoise glaze -- 9¼in. (23.4cm.)
