FIRST EDITION of this work containing fine anatomical illustrations of human deformities. The dedicatee is possibly Bartolomaeus a Schellebeek who published a dissertation entitled Disputatio ... de seris intra pulmones recepti usu et effectu in sanguinem (Leiden, 1719). Wellcome II, p.477
