A pair of Chinese famille rose baluster vases and covers, 19th century
each decorated with rectangular and quatrefoil shaped panels enclosing precious objects, reserved on pale-blue ground decorated with foliate peony scrolls, between petal panels above the foot and a ruyi collar around the shoulder, with floral sprays around the tapering neck, each with a similarly decorated domed cover with a bud-shaped finial -- 18 9/16in. (47.1cm.) high, wood stands. (2)
