Vase-shaped with two pierced foliate bands above a pierced band of slats, pierced medallions between engraved floral swags, bead borders & swing handle, pedestal foot with pierced foliate band, blue glass liner, height to top of handle, 6 in. (15.2 cm.), ALSO a modern Irish swing-handled, navette-shaped sugar basket of plain form, mark of J.M.Co., Dublin, 1971, on pedestal foot, with reeded borders, blue glass liner, 5 1/8 in. long (13.2 cm.), 10.25 oz.
