The spherical body on short slightly spread foot rising to tall tubular neck, with a wide collar from which extends the straight handle, the body decorated with a large band of bold kufic against a background of tight scrolls, a band of white naskh below and the underside with a series of large roundels, another calligraphic register runs close to the neck, intact, slight surface iridescence
