Of domed form with applied upper panel leading to tapering square section spike, each side with a similar plume holder, adjustable noseguard and mail skirt, decorated with finely carved meandering dense flowering vines around gold damascened medallions and arabesque outlines, silver damascened nasta'liq inscription around the lower band, and gold damascened decoration on the applied elements, the interior with brown cloth liner
