With gilt-finished lever movement, minute repeating on two polished steel hammers onto two gongs, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, diamond-set hands, applied white enamel decorated bezel, in rectangular case with labradorite-set sides, white and translucent green enamel decorated borderes, the top and the base with translucent purple enamel on engine-turned background and white enamel borders, hinged door to the reverse, cabochon amethyst-set repeating plunger in the top, case signed Cartier and numbered, dial signed Cartier, movement signed Nocturne and numbered
