A PAIR OF GEORGE III SILVER-MOUNTED TOASTING-FORKS
APPARENTLY UNMARKED, CIRCA 1790
One with a turned wood handle, the other with a later wood handle, each engraved with the Murray crest below a Viscount's coronet
TOGETHER WITH:
A silver-mounted three-pronged toasting-fork with an ibex horn stem with chased silver mounts, circa 1850
32 in. (81 cm.) and smaller
The crest is presumably for David, 6th Viscount Stormont, later 2nd Earl of Mansfield (1727-1796). (3)
