A blue glass ovoid vase, Qianlong (1736-95) sealmark and possibly of the period
the tapering ovoid vase with high shoulders rising to the waisted neck, surmounted by a slanted rim, engraved on the rim side with a key-fret border also visible through the flattened rim top, the translucent violet coloured glass with streaked inclusions, incised four-character Qianlong sealmark within a double square -- 8¼in. (20.9cm.) high.
