A pale celadon group of a deer and monkey, 18th century
the recumbent deer carved with its head turned towards the back looking at the monkey clambering over its back, the deer with its incised tail tucked under its body, both with well defined facial features, the well polished stone of an even grey-celadon tone -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) long; and a celadon jade carving of a boy carrying a peach spray over his head and shoulders, 19th century -- 2¼in. (5.7cm.) high. (2)
