A MID-18TH CENTURY PARCEL-GILT BEAKER,
MAKER'S MARK ONLY STRUCK TWICE ABOVE AN ASSAY SCRAPE, I.S (sans serif, in shaped rectangular punch), PROBABLY BALTIC, CIRCA 1750,
Tapering sides with fluted foot-rim, narrow wrigglework band at top & bottom, front engraved with initials "H.U" over "M.L", within wreath-flanked cartouche surmounted by a crown, gilt interior, 4¾ in. high (12.2 cm.), 6.25 oz.
