A Chinese wucai sleeve vase, 19th century
of cylindrical form with a waisted neck and a flared rim, decorated with a warrior and a lady engaged in a physical row within a fenced garden with pagodas and plantain whilst being watched by a dignitary, below floral sprays growing amidst rockwork around the neck -- 14 1/8in. (35.8cm.) high.
